Charlie was freewheeling it in a neighborhood, playing with the kids and behaving himself when someone reported him to the dog warden. Charlie turned out to be virtually perfect, except he is very fearful of leashes. As such, he did not have much hope at the animal shelter. Fortunately, the dog warden thought so much of Charlie that he sent him to Beagle rescue even though he is a Border Collie. While Charlie looks for his perfect home, he practices his herding technique on a herd of Beagles. And sleeps in bed. Estimated birthday 2-15-07
